After our early snows this winter, it was clear I needed to replace them. I contacted Scott through Home Advisor on Tuesday, he came over Wednesday morning to give me an estimate and was here on Friday morning to install the new heat cable. Being able to get a job like this done in the middle of January in Rochester is amazing! Scott and Damian were easy to work with, very responsive, professional and did a good, clean job, on time. "My front and side windows were very drafty as the wind comes from the southwest and blows down the soffits. My wife wanted to replace the windows which would have been very expensive. When USA Insulation installed the additional insulation to the entire first floor of my 1-1/2 story house, we noticed a big difference in the first 3 days. The house is much quieter from outside noise, there is no drafts in the window frames, and the furnace isn't kicking on every half hour. We have a pellet stove insert in the living room and haven't had to light it in the past week and the outside temperatures have been in the mid-thirties. I'm saving money on propane and pellet fuel. The crew that installed the insulation came to my house on time. They were very courteous and polite. They did a full house walk-through inspection and explained every thing they needed to do. They worked together as a team and finished the job in less time than I expected. They cleaned up before they left and you'd never guess what was done. I don't normally do reviews or surveys but I had to comment on this. I highly recommend USA Insulation and have already told my friends and family about this excellent work."

Very professional and friendly, and know what they are doing. They replaced 3 picture windows that were over 30 years old, and of course they ran into a few problems. They did not miss a beat, they knew what needed to be done, and with no effort they had the problems fixed.
