"Starting with Jason, great communications. Followed through with everything that needed repaired, went the extra mile to insure any concerns I had were addressed as soon as possible and at no time was I ignored. As far as installers they all did a great job above and beyond."

"I needed to replace heat cable that no longer functioned. I had the old stuff taken out when I had my gutters cleaned last summer. After our early snows this winter, it was clear I needed to replace them. I contacted Scott through Home Advisor on Tuesday, he came over Wednesday morning to give me an estimate and was here on Friday morning to install the new heat cable. Being able to get a job like this done in the middle of January in Rochester is amazing! Scott and Damian were easy to work with, very responsive, professional and did a good, clean job, on time. I'd recommend them any time. Thanks, guys!"

"Nice people. My job was small, but they did it anyway. The installer was personable and quick. I do wonder if one place is thick enough."

"Dave did an excellent job removing two old light fixtures and replacing them with new ones. He arrived on time, and with everything he needed to complete the installations. He worked very neatly and cleaned up afterwards. I definitely would recommend him."

"My front and side windows were very drafty as the wind comes from the southwest and blows down the soffits. My wife wanted to replace the windows which would have been very expensive. When USA Insulation installed the additional insulation to the entire first floor of my 1-1/2 story house, we noticed a big difference in the first 3 days. The house is much quieter from outside noise, there is no drafts in the window frames, and the furnace isn't kicking on every half hour. We have a pellet stove insert in the living room and haven't had to light it in the past week and the outside temperatures have been in the mid-thirties. I'm saving money on propane and pellet fuel. The crew that installed the insulation came to my house on time. They were very courteous and polite. They did a full house walk-through inspection and explained every thing they needed to do. They worked together as a team and finished the job in less time than I expected. They cleaned up before they left and you'd never guess what was done. I don't normally do reviews or surveys but I had to comment on this. I highly recommend USA Insulation and have already told my friends and family about this excellent work."

"Prompt response & great availability. Satisfied with work. Would contact again for further needs."

"This company is to far away from my location. Maybe 70 miles, and I told them I totally understand and thank you for checking on me."

"Excellent experience. Zach was able to make it over to look at my damaged siding the very next day. He was able to do the repairs immediately, and did a superb job for an incredible price. I will use Zach for any future work that I need done and would highly recommend others do the same!"
