Then they moved all the furniture, painted the whole first floor and removed some wallpaper. Replace some ceiling tiles. We are having them return to install a handrail and a towel bar. "My only problem was that the salesman promised parts of the install that weren't in keeping with how the roof was actually installed. (i.e. said would that if temps. were below 40 degrees, the shingles would be kept in a heated van then installed with extra sealant and use of a heat gun) I would wish that the salesmen would know how the work is actually done and not give customer assurances that are not going to be carried through."

"My front and side windows were very drafty as the wind comes from the southwest and blows down the soffits. My wife wanted to replace the windows which would have been very expensive. When USA Insulation installed the additional insulation to the entire first floor of my 1-1/2 story house, we noticed a big difference in the first 3 days. The house is much quieter from outside noise, there is no drafts in the window frames, and the furnace isn't kicking on every half hour. We have a pellet stove insert in the living room and haven't had to light it in the past week and the outside temperatures have been in the mid-thirties. I'm saving money on propane and pellet fuel. The crew that installed the insulation came to my house on time. They were very courteous and polite. They did a full house walk-through inspection and explained every thing they needed to do. They worked together as a team and finished the job in less time than I expected. They cleaned up before they left and you'd never guess what was done. I don't normally do reviews or surveys but I had to comment on this. I highly recommend USA Insulation and have already told my friends and family about this excellent work."

"This company is amazing. Steve made the process so smooth, and I had no worries at all. The crew who installed the windows are incredible. Very professional and friendly, and know what they are doing. They replaced 3 picture windows that were over 30 years old, and of course they ran into a few problems. They did not miss a beat, they knew what needed to be done, and with no effort they had the problems fixed.
