"David Reuter responded to my Angie request in five minutes for pool pump repair. He was very knowledgeable ,professional and courteous about it. He arrived the next morning and diagnosed the problem quickly as a GFI electrical failure failure suggesting that we try this first as th the least expensive way to start. The problem waswas fixed and corrected. All is good and running great. I am very happy for his excellent service call and would recommend him to get the job done. Also reasonably priced. Thanks for your help. Art Wingerden"

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

Errors in site preparation can lead to structural failures or appear costly midway. Professionals ensure detailed, reliable home base development layouts.

Grading complexity, debris removal volume, equipment, labor, and permits determine expense levels.

Land surveys are worth it in several scenarios including selling your home, building an addition, constructing a fence, or making major changes to your landscape. A professional land survey can help you avoid legal issues with your neighbors and confirm the value of your property. In many cases, you may be required to order a land survey to receive a construction permit or mortgage loan.

If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal. It’s considered good faith to share the results with the seller, though, especially if you back out of the deal, as the seller can then provide that survey to future interested parties.

Above all, the downside to building a new house is a longer timeline. You need several months to finish the build, depending on the supply chain and labor availability in the meantime. Building a home compared to buying one is also more expensive, both in the building process and when it comes to mortgage rates and property taxes.
