"I contacted Home Advisor about repairs to a stockade fence. Scott called right away, made an appointment and arrived on time. He took a look at the job, wrote me a quote onsite at which time I hired him. He called his crew and scheduled them for the following day. Scott came back later that same day with the materials for the job and dropped them off. His crew showed up on time and got straight to work even though the weather turned out to be very inclement. I told them that they could come back the following day when the weather was nicer, but they insisted that they would work through it. Scott's crew did a great job and it was completely finished much quicker than I expected.
