"So glad we hired Graves Brothers. We anticipated some structural damage to the wood around the windows on the west side of our home do to improperly installed gutters by the home builder. The damage was much worse than anticipated. Graves Brothers did a great job assessing the damage and what would be required for the repair. The additional work was very fairly priced and completed quickly. The installers were great about cleaning up the job site each day. "My only problem was that the salesman promised parts of the install that weren't in keeping with how the roof was actually installed. (i.e. said would that if temps. were below 40 degrees, the shingles would be kept in a heated van then installed with extra sealant and use of a heat gun) I would wish that the salesmen would know how the work is actually done and not give customer assurances that are not going to be carried through."

"My front and side windows were very drafty as the wind comes from the southwest and blows down the soffits. My wife wanted to replace the windows which would have been very expensive. When USA Insulation installed the additional insulation to the entire first floor of my 1-1/2 story house, we noticed a big difference in the first 3 days. The house is much quieter from outside noise, there is no drafts in the window frames, and the furnace isn't kicking on every half hour. We have a pellet stove insert in the living room and haven't had to light it in the past week and the outside temperatures have been in the mid-thirties. I'm saving money on propane and pellet fuel. The crew that installed the insulation came to my house on time. They were very courteous and polite. They did a full house walk-through inspection and explained every thing they needed to do. They worked together as a team and finished the job in less time than I expected. They cleaned up before they left and you'd never guess what was done. I don't normally do reviews or surveys but I had to comment on this. I highly recommend USA Insulation and have already told my friends and family about this excellent work."

"Tim and crew did a great job. Their estimate was the middle of 3, and a fair price. Tim did the extras (special caulking, etc.) without charge, and replaced a window at a nominal charge. He made sure that I understood all aspects of the work, and did not quit until I was satisfied. And, most importantly, he and his crew were friendly and open. They made the whole job an exceptional experience. My only criticism is that, due to circumstances, the job took longer than expected. That negative turned out to be merely an annoyance. On the whole, I would highly recommend TMD Home Improvements."

He and his assistant had the work completed in less than two hours. They were courteous and left the work site clean. He even removed some moss from my siding while he was doing the installation.
