Amazing. The problem was a faulty outlet that could not be found anywhere in the house but clearly the problem. Fixing the problem required re-wiring the four outlets. The technician was extremely capable and proficient.

The technician, Zach, was excellent. Pleasant, polite, communicated what he was doing, got the job done quickly. Offered us the opportunity to join their regular maintenance program, but he was not pushy about it.

From the date of the estimate to the actual installation everything was great. Very professional group. Some of the nicest people as far as contractors I have had in my house. Very clean and very polite. All work was done in a professional and clean manner. Arrived on time and finished when they said they would.

Betlem sent Todd out within 4 hours who installed a new pump on the boiler and repaired the furnace. He had all the parts in his truck and was very knowledgeable both units now work better than they ever did.

The company could not have been more reliable. Estimate was thorough and detailed, installers were prompt, neat, professional, and considerate. They took time to explain all equipment to us. Follow-up inspection was timely and identified two issues needing correction, and that work was immediately addressed and completed.

My boiler died on a Thursday morning the first time I tried turning it on for the cold weather this year. I called John Betlem that morning and they were able to get someone out to give me an estimate the same day and then schedule an install for the following Tuesday. A friend had them install a furnace last year and only had good things to say about them. The guys showed up when they said they would and were very professional and friendly. They worked very diligently at my project that took most of the day. They did a great job and everything was clean when they were finished. They also took the time to explain everything well and answer all my questions.

That was last year when my furnace stopped working. That was a little expensive, that was $5,000.

I have a service contract and we use them for the air conditioning and the furnace. They have an inspection that they follow. They checked it out and cleaned up the air conditioning on the outside and off they went. They're just on time and they're very personable. They come in and do the job and take off. They do an excellent job. It's just a good company, that's all. I looked at various other companies when I had the furnace put in. It sounds like I'm on their payroll, but it's true!

Good, clear explanation of what was available and what to expect during installation. Professional crew who worked well together - they had a tight space to work in since we have a finished basement, and were very careful to do the removal of the old equipment and installation of the new without any damage to the finished basement. They explained the operation of the new equipment clearly and made sure it was working properly - they followed up a few days later to make sure all was well. We are very pleased, and are happy to recommend them.
