Superior Insulation should be very proud to have Ryan and Bob Bishop has their employees. I had my house insulated and Ryan and Bob were very professional doing their work. They met my schedule and worked accordily. Thank you Ryan and Bob, you guys are great.

Got the work done in a professional and timely manner

Team was on time, pleasant and easy to work with. They werea also able to work around a delay in another home improvement project that was in process. The team was able to complete the task in a very timely manner. However, the additional access panel was not executed as outlined on the contract and they were able to work with the other contractor and improvised a different access point to install the insulation.

The owner of the company did my estimate, and was wonderful in explaining things, and at no point did I feel I was being up sold or steered in any direction. The two installers were pleasant, quiet, worked clean and quickly. They left the house as clean as it had been when they arrived, and I am already appreciating a change in the air temperature in my upstairs. I would completely recommend Superior Insulation.

Had a few issues, but that is to be expected any time you hire a contractor. Everything was perfect when they were done. Pat, the crew supervisor, displayed outstanding customer service and expertise. They did spray foam, dense pack fiberglass, and sheet rock in my home. All work was done well.

The employees were very professional. They did a great job and cleaned up well. They were quick to address all our concerns. I would definitely use them again.

Nice people. My job was small, but they did it anyway. The installer was personable and quick. I do wonder if one place is thick enough.

I am tired of the feeling I am getting ripped off by contractors so I did my homework and knew how much it should cost to spray my room with the closed cell insulation. Online sources say you can expect to pay $1.00-1.50 per board foot. This is simply square foot times the number of inches in depth. Superior came out to be within that expected range at around $1.48 per board foot. I appreciated the fact that they scheduled my job within 3 weeks after coming out to give an estimate since I hoped to get the insulation done before the new windows and doors came. They were here promptly when they said they would be. The business is well stocked with helpful, considerate and professional folk. The salesman was pleasant to work with and not pushy. The ladies in the office, Lillian and Kâ ¦ are very helpful and solution-oriented people. The owner, Jeff, is experienced and spot on with his measurements and pricing. The men doing the install, Ryan and Matt did a good job and were decent and hardworking men but made a few mistakes which were corrected to my satisfaction immediately. I want to encourage them to do their best to emulate their boss Pat. I absolutely loved the field manager Pat. He is the epitome of what all people in the construction field should aspire to become. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, considerate, in possession of both people skills and technical skills. He went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with the product, and I am 100% happy with what I received from Superior. I would tell you if I wasnâ t. Superior better hold on to this guy! Give him a raise or a bonus, but you canâ t let him retire. Itâ s rare to find a gem like this. I have hired many construction jobs on my house over the last twenty years and have had to write some bad reviews. I am pleased to give a good one for a change. Thank you Superior! Iâ ll see you on the next home project.

There was some confusion on the time of the hour of at the start of the work, but this company more than made up for it by extremely helpful work throughout their installation. They were professional and cleaned up well. I also liked the way they explained what they would do and also how they took questions before the work began.I like the green insulation. They were careful about taking off the boards to make holes to blow in insulation. I would recommend them. If someone is having insulation done, ask them in advance - they are extremely helpful about answering concerns.

The men who came to present the proposal were thoroughly knowledgeable and answered all questions fully. When I accepted their service, they scheduled me for the following week. The crew chief was amazing; he went out of his way to not only fulfill the terms of the job, but also applied insulation in places that he felt might become problems in the future. He gave me extensive advice about changes I could make to avoid future problems. He was absolutely superb.
