Hired Braymiller Builders to install a shower, the first one leaked and was 12inches smaller than the one I purchased, first they tried to convince me it would feel bigger than it was! Finally agreed to replace with correct size and if I was worried about the leak I could put a towel in the shower until it was replaced! The installer was rude making nasty comments when they finally showed up to replace with the correct size. He did a sub-par install this time leaving the walls crooked, the doors are unlevel and don't line up, he left caulk all over the sink and toilet and stained the top of the toilet. Company vice president agreed to replace toilet lid (never did) they said they would not reinstall again and stopped communicating with me. $12,000 for a shit job, sub-par install. Oh and the doors leak! they will not reply even to correct the doors! Save your money and go anywhere else!!

terrible service sat in my yard for 2 hours and told me a more expensive price when what i told him, then he tried to offer me a car which i wanted windows not a car.

They were totally professional, clean up was great, answered all our questions, we will use them next year to finish the house

We bought and had installed a front door with side lights and top window. Jason was the sales rep and seemed competent and friendly enough. Estimated installation date was 7/9/19, but the door did not get installed until 7/25. It was not a big problem to us, but I do expect a company to do what they say they will. The installers, Gary and Bobby we excellent! They were both friendly, and very competent! They said they would arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 AM, and arrived at 7:20! Very prompt! The install went well - and they were complete and all cleaned up by about 12:30 PM. I would do business with this company in the future, and would recommend them to anyone. They are not cheap, but I hope the quality will justify it.

the windows are guaranteed for 40 years or so....that does not mean a lot to selling a house because you still have to pay for them to come out after two years. They did not measure the sliding glass doors when the measurer came to my house. I was then told that they didn't do any staining.??? I was under contract so I shrugged it off. They replaced my bay window with a 3 window cheap insert. I cried. They didn't even finish for 3 days, I had to keep calling them to come out and finiish it. I sent pictures to Jason the sales guy. They reduced my sliding glass windows because they were suppose to all be put in at the same time. When they took the molding off my one window....they decided to put the oak frame back on but ruined my NEW paint job. I had to hire someone to come in and paint the frames of my windows. He broke my 600.00 shade, so now I have to replace the shade. Why Jason didn't tell me that I would have to have someone come out and paint the frame of the windows, I don't know.

Very good workmanship. Be prepared to wait, estimate times run 8 weeks, and when the salesman says it doesn't usually take that long, don't believe him. Our project was completed a week after the estimated time.

The sliding patio door Braymiller's installed is very high quality. The crew that installed it did so in 90 minutes. They were very clean and the finishes perfect. Very happy with our experience.

Quality product but extremely over priced. Workers that showed up were fast and even though they ran into a few problems were able to quickly resolve the issue and complete the replacement of some very old windows and door in under 3 hours.

I ordered a front picture window from them. They came and installed the window in mid January. We noticed that after the window was installed that it was missing the grids inside the glass. They said they would order them. A week later I noticed the siding had blown off of my house above the area where the window was replaced. They had never reattached it to the house. They did come out a few days later and repair the problem. they called us in the middle of March to tell us that our glass had finally come in and after a few phone calls we were finally able to get them to come out early enough (8:30 am) so we didn't have to take the day off of work. When the installer showed up only one of the pieces of glass had a grid so now they have to order the glass again. It has been 5 days since they were at the house and I have not heard anything from them! Not even an apology. I would never recommend them to anyone.

They sold us the sliding glass door but when they came to measure, they said it could not be done. I had to call them to get my deposit back but they would not hear of it. Sent the sales rep. back to us a second time to sell us a window instead. I was not impress with the friendliness of Dave (the measurer) or for his willingness to accommodate us so they are now sending another person. Windows & doors are of excellent quality but are extremely expensive.

Pete's crew removed and replaced 3 sliding doors. The worked very efficiently and professionally. They were courteous and pleasant. Highly recommend.
