Over the past 14 years, Dan has remolded our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, outside repair to garage, and recently updated our stairs that included installing hardwood. His work is exemplar and professional customer service is excellent. We are very pleased with his service and work and would never consider hiring anyone else for our home construction needs!

The first time we hired Dan back in 2004, 20 years ago and from that time we would never hire anyone else. Over a few years Dan remodeled all the house, since we cannot afford to do it all at once. Dan's expertise, knowledge, and quality of work is exceptional. Also I want to stress out that Dan is a very decent and intelligent person. The house was sold in 1 day after the brutal bid war and every potential buyer loved Dan's work. Dan is a real craftsman and we are very happy that met Dan 20 years ago. Also I know many people Dan helped to remodel the house and they were very happy. I hope that Dan stays in business forever and I want to thank him for being Dan and doing wonderful work.

This was a slightly tricky job. Dan had to find the scourse of water entering my 1885 yr old home and despite the fact he is not a roofing specialist he found the leak easily and repaired it quicky. Dan is meticulious in his work. For example he replaced my interior dining room ceiling during this same job and removed a hook from my ceiling which when the job was done he replaced in the exact same spot. Dan does extra work which he never charged me for. For example there were two painted over windows which had not opened in 30 years. Dan fixed these windows and now they are able to open. I have been wanting that job done for 30 years. When he understood there was water entering my home he was able to schedule the job in about 1 week. This time of year good luck in finding such a versitile professional that quickly!!!

Dan is awesome to work with. He gives you a explanation of what is needed and then follows up when he says he will. He gave us a great quote and did excellent quality work. He installed an exit door for our garage which came out great! He also fixed/replaced rotting wood at the Front door entrance. the job looked fantastic! He also cleaned up everything before leaving. You can't go wrong hiring Dan.

I would give Dan more stars if I could. He and his assistant are extremely professional yet friendly. They don't waste time and work together very proficiently. Such a fantastic job installing hardwood floors in our quest bedroom. I was impressed with the time Dan took to make sure he sorted through the wood planks to get a good variation of color which is important with hardwoods. Dan made sure that the wood in the bedroom door way matched up perfectly to the hallway hardwoods that had been previously installed years ago. They installed the shoe molding and filled the holes. No mess anywhere they clean up perfectly when done. My floor looks gorgeous, I could not be happier. Look no further than Daniel Green Construction you won't be sorry!!

Dan Green did a superb job on a fragil 1885 home. He worked 7 days a week to complete the job in the promised 2 weeks. His attention to detail was outstanding, resetting doors that I was even unaware needed resetting and polishing and painting hinges and door plates which were not even in his contract with me. His dry wall skills are superb, painting skills also excellent. He is honest and trustworthy. I have never given a contractor and his co worker a tip before but I felt compelled to do so. They worked so hard, I could just see the fatigue in Dans face when this job was done and yet no detail was spared.

Dan and John did a wonderful job in a timely manner. I would recommend them 100%. I will be saving Dan's business card for future repairs or remodeling.

I wanted to expand on my previous review, because it did not completely tell the whole story of how great Dan was in helping us re-build our house after our fire. The fire started in the basement while we were sleeping (somehow we woke up and got out of the house just fine), but the entire inside of our home was gone. We had to stay in a hotel for 7 months. Dan would come to hotel every Saturday morning for a weekly meeting and updates. Dan..... completely cleaned and repaired the basement. did the kitchen, including cabinets, counter tops, working station, 2 bedrooms, a home office, living room, all new mechanicals in the basement, customized a walk-in shower for me. ramps, decking, drywall, flooring, everything and anything. Dan was there everyday, and stayed all day. He even took all our deliveries because we were NOT home. He cleanup everyday before leaving. He listened to all of our idea's offered suggestions, great ideas. He made a 1000 trips to Home Depot. Very, very satisfied with all the work, help, concern, that Dan did for us in our difficult time. Once again.......... Thanks Dan Steve / Jean

Dan Green is a true craftsman his work ethic is unbeatable he arrives early every day rarely took a break and as far as the work he performed repairing a water damaged wall and removing and building a new deck it was not only flawless but exceeded all my expectations he not only did the work required but it was the little extras he did like adding an extra board on the railings for drinks or plates he also repaired the electrical outlets which had not even been part of the project i would give Dan my highest confidence for any work you may require I know I would hesitate for ! second to hire hin again for any work that might come up I

We had a fire and he redid our whole house. We cant recommend him enough.
