Against a terrible backdrop with absurd inflation and supply chain bottlenecks, they were able to deliver a total backyard renovation in the targeted 3.5 months (some of which was unusable time to do winter). They did a fantastic job and all along the way were helpful in accommodating changes we jointly determined would be positive enhancements. They were always very responsive and keen to not sound like they were trying to steer us to add to the project – often being candid about how expensive certain things were becoming versus what they were used to (again, because of a broken post-Covid world when it comes to supply and commodity costs).
