I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "I hired Rich to install an insert in my Chimney for a pellet stove hook up which was completed for $2600. While he was there, he pointed out that my front porch which was brick was failing which I knew and he quoted me approximately $4000 for bluestone and Beach stone. About six months later, Rich sent a subcontractor over to do the work and he spent three days doing nothing. After the third day I told Rich the work wasn't getting done. He came over and couldn't believe he was paying his guy $500 a day and nothing was done. Rich told me he fired him and would finish the job himself. Once Rich started the work, I told him numerous times to make sure the pitch flowed away from the house since it pooled and flowed towards the house. Mid-way through, just with my eye I could see the pitch was towards the house. I put water and a level on it and showed him the pitch was wrong. I paid for half the job and promised to pay in full once fixed with a contract. No response after that."
