As scheduled and on time a company representative showed up this past Saturday to give an estimate. The Representative stated while reviewing the job that it was a "small" job. I was promised a call Monday to provide an estimate. The call was never received.

I’m very happy with the work done by unlimited outdoor designs. Not only did they beat everyone else’s price, they communicated well, were here when they said they’d be, and did excellent quality work. I will use them again for sure and would recommend them without reservation. The owner is a pleasure to deal with too!

No call no show... waste of my time.

The deck came out beautiful. We are very happy with the work that was done. The workers were the best. Hard workers and very nice. They were very neat and cleaned up every night before they left. The job was done in a timely manner. I am a very happy customer.

This is old world stonework at its best! Working with Hector has been a pleasure from start to finish. His ability to design the project really brought it to life. The project began and ended as scheduled, his crew was terrific and the finished project amazing. We can't wait for our 3rd project to start and he does not even know about the 4th project we have in mind.

I spoke to Hector wherein we scheduled an appointment to meet. Over the summer I was having a deck put in around our pool. The prior contractor who was initially doing the job did a great disservice. The construction was completely wrong. When I spoke to Hector, he came within the hour to take a look at what I needed to have fixed. The entire build from the previous contractor needed to be torn down and rebuilt. Hector and his crew did an amazing job. I now have the deck I always dreamed of having. They completed the job in three days. I was so impressed with their work that I had an existing deck off my house refurbished and even added pavers. My whole job was done in three weeks. Hector and his crew were extremely reliable and when they said they were going to be there they were. I would definitely hire Unlimited Outdoor Designs again. I wish there was a button for A+++.

Excellent job

We had three companies call us back. Company 1 met with us to discuss our wishes and drew a rough sketch of the proposed work. They said they would work up a more detailed drawing and e-mail it to us for review. A few days later the sales rep sent a text asking if we had a chance to look at his proposal. I said we never received the drawing and perhaps it was sent to the wrong e-mail address. I confirmed my e-mail address and was told that he would correct and resend. I never heard back from them. Company 2 met with us to discuss our wishes. We ended the meeting with the expectation that they would send me a formal proposal. I never heard from them at all so they were even less responsive than Company 1. Fortunately Universal Unlimited called us also. Universal Unlimited (Hector Marmol the owner) wasn't the first to respond to our project request but his was the most responsive. We set up a meeting. Hector Marmol (the owner) listened to our wants and used his PC to create a rendering of the proposed deck based on our talking points. We also inquired about PVC fencing for a future date. Hector gave us a very attractive price for a bundled package of decking and fencing. We accepted although I was a little hesitant because most of his reviews were for fencing. I'm glad we made the decision since the final results were exceptional. Props to Jose Salguero who did most of the work.

Never showed - Never called

I can't say enough good about how Fast, professional and the quality of work Hector and his crew did with my job. Hector came within a day and gave me what turned out to be the best price and within 2 weeks as he said the crew arrived to remove the existing fence and gates and had the new one's all in place in one day. They did a great job and the cleanup was as if they were never there. Very Happy with the service and would Highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for honesty, great prices, and a professional result.

Schedule a visit and gave estimate. Said he will do job and email me with the contract. Never received email. I called up to find out if he will do job and he said yes will call in a week to schedule. Never did. Now I wasted two weeks and have to find someone else. Bad business would not recommend.
