so far so good. The team led by Paul explained everything to me fully. I was getting 1-3 inches of water in my basement for years and since they installed the system i have had no issues. There are certain things that are worth the money peace of mind with water problems for sure is high up on the list. Would highly recommend to anyone having water issues.

Excellent communication and follow through. We received excellent education about the nature of our problems and various options of correcting the problems. I felt very confident moving forward with the work. All work was done on time and as described. Workers were respectful, efficient and considerate. In the five years since we had the work done, our basement has been completely dry during all the increasingly heavy rainstorms we have had since installation. Our previously chronically damp home has completely dried out after years of musty moldy wet walls and flooding with every heavy rainfall. We installed a small dehumidifier and have been able to reclaim our basement for storage, workshop and hobby space. Our whole house is much healthier as even the attic was suffering from the chronic basement water issues. It is such a relief after years of dealing with flooding issues and increasingly heavy rainfalls. My only regret is that we did not contact American Dry sooner.

They did an excellent job of fixing a water problem that we had our garage. I am pleased with the results and highly recommend them.

They solved the serious flooding problem we had in the cellar with rainwater coming up through the floor. Now the cellar is usable and dry, and I don't worry when it rains. The job was done neatly and in less than the scheduled amount of time.

This is a great company. They are very professional and their customer service was outstanding! Their videos were very informative and assured me I had hired the right company to waterproof my basement. The work they did was exceptional and I have been recommending them to others every chance I get.

American Dry Basement was a life saver for me. I was overwhelm whenever it rain because my basement would get flooded with water. I had to vacuum the water up which took some time out of my busy schedule. I was frustrated with cleaning up the water and saw an ad on Goggle about American Dry Basement. I contacted the organization. The representative came out to my house and did an assessment. He told me what was needed to stop the flood. I agreed to the term and signed a contract. The workers arrived and did an amazing job. A draining system was placed around the floor in the basement. They also installed a Sub Tank to prevent the water coming in the basement. and drained out into the sewer. This was two years ago and I have not had any problem or issues since then. This is the best system to have install in your basement if you are experiencing flood issues.

In March 2024, my entire basement was covered with 2-3 inches of water from relentless rainfall over a number of months. I interviewed five companies. I also researched different waterproofing basement techniques, getting an idea of what was good and what wasn?t. American Dry Dasement Systems proposal hit all of the good techniques and none of the bad.. Their salesman was also very knowledgeable and accessible. Originally, I was going to have to wait a few months due to the number of jobs that had come in from flooding. Then, I got a call two weeks after I signed the contract, saying that they had availability, and did I want them to come the next day. Yes, I did. It took them about a week, between jackhammering, removal of the jackhammer concrete, gravel installation, new sump pumps, it was in the heat of summer. A five man crew got everything done in five days. They were fabulous! I was very happy with the job they did, and would recommend them highly!

Amazing! For years we suffered with water in our basement, lots of water . After loads of research we called American Dry Basement Systems, they came and reviewed a plan with us. We thought it over, and then decided that they had the plan that would truly fix our problem. We were right! We were given a start date, however they were able to start earlier than planned- that was a shock to us for the contracting business. The workers were amazing, there was no mess and the work was completed ahead of schedule and our basement is nice and dry. Our work was done almost three years ago, remember all the rain we’ve experienced these last couple springs— NO water in our basement. We can actually use our basement to store things and even have a nice play area set up for the grandkids. Whenever we had a question, we would get a quick response. Everyone we encountered was professional and courteous. We highly recommend this company.

Service was first class and seepage from rainwater completely stopped. Great clean-up after job completed. This was a serious seepage issue that was completely fixed.

The first heavy rain, I held my breath and waited. I was so excited to see a completely DRY basement. The previous floods ruined the walls and flooring, as well as furniture and storage items. We even lost our hot water heater and washer and dryer. Since buying this system, I now have a finished basement and no fears of water coming in.
