We loved his suggestion of putting pine on the vaulted ceiling, and the finish work at the bottom on the outside looks great. Matt took care to match our 20 year old siding, and finish the windows and doors to exactly match the others on the house."

"Scott and his team were a dream to work with! Everyone with Phoenix Property Ventures takes pride in providing a quality, professional product and they did not disappoint! I have worked with many contractors over the years and Scott was easy-going, hardworking, professional, and I couldn't have been more pleased with them or our new bathroom. Everyone went out of their way to make our electrical and plumbing make more sense. For instance, moving an ill-placed furnace turn-off switch, which was in the bathroom to a much better locale. This is just one example of many where no short-cuts or rushing took place, Scott was thoughtful in how he remodeled our space and it wasn't just a job to him. Not only is our new bathroom absolutely gorgeous but Scott, John, and the rest of the team will be missed as they were all kind with our curious toddler running around. "Steve is very knowable of every aspect of the construction process (design, excavation, foundations & framing). When a crew is needed Steve is the conductor and the crew is very skilled at providing quality performance. When the going gets tough he keeps going by accepting the challenge and works it through to the end. Only complaint, coordinating his work schedule with me. I do not always know when I will see him again. However, if I call he always answers. I plan on using him again on my next project."
