"Scott and his team were a dream to work with! Everyone with Phoenix Property Ventures takes pride in providing a quality, professional product and they did not disappoint! I have worked with many contractors over the years and Scott was easy-going, hardworking, professional, and I couldn't have been more pleased with them or our new bathroom. Everyone went out of their way to make our electrical and plumbing make more sense. For instance, moving an ill-placed furnace turn-off switch, which was in the bathroom to a much better locale. This is just one example of many where no short-cuts or rushing took place, Scott was thoughtful in how he remodeled our space and it wasn't just a job to him. Not only is our new bathroom absolutely gorgeous but Scott, John, and the rest of the team will be missed as they were all kind with our curious toddler running around. Looking forward to working with Scott and his team on a kitchen remodel in the near future!"

"Jeff and his crew were very accommodating and responsive to our questions, and always timely letting us know when he would be at our home. He built us beautiful deck on the back of our home that is very well constructed. Even our town building inspector was impressed, stating on his final inspection that "you can land a helicopter on this deck!". Thanks for a job well done...will not hesitate to hire again for future projects!"

"Chris was very motivated and started the job promptly. His work ethic was great, staying late a couple of days late to complete job on time as agreed. He reviewed any issue found and was flexible when extra work was needed. The quality of the work was great in making the breezeway siding look the same as the garage, so with the paint job the house/garage improvement was dramatic.
