First of all, he advised us to wait until the wet rainy weather subsided so he would not tear up our lawn with his equipment. I appreciated that. Next, he was very thorough and took all of the debris away in a timely manner. He showed up early in the morning and worked throughout the day in the heat! Finally, the outcome is exactly what we hoped for. With loads of top soil and grass seed, it is going to be a nice leveled back yard.
