I was more than impressed with his choice of fixture (I had left the decision up to him as to what to procure to do the function that I wanted). Outside outlets were mounted perfectly. This was not my first time contracting with Jerry. He has done all my electrical work on all of my properties since 2013. I cannot say enough to express my appreciation for his service (now and in the past)

He created our dream kitchen in about 8 weeks; this was a complete remodel — demo, electrical, plumbing, cabinet/appliance install, flooring, backsplash, crown molding, and a brand new pantry he built himself. During that time, he also made a spacious closet for our upstairs guest bedroom. Always on time, incredibly reliable, communicative, and trustworthy — not to mention meticulously clean. This is a difficult task in a hundred year-old house that has been extensively remodeled. The fault was found to be in an outlet hidden behind a cabinet on the basement stairs. I've used him for full on remodel of an apartment, installation of exterior doors, and most recently a rather specific project of a dog grooming room that came out better than I had hoped. On every job he's done for me he's always put something extra into it out of his own bottom line, just because he feels like it's the right thing to do. He refinished an entire wall with new sheet rock for me, at no extra charge to make it match the new remodeled area. You have to respect a guy who takes pride in his work like that.     We have used the services of 518 Remodel on two separate occasions. Their service and work have always been outstanding. In the fall of 2017 they added 8 feet to our garage and then built and outfitted a mudroom/ laundry room for us. This was an extensive project which required construction, excavation, paving, electrical, plumbing, painting, concrete and drywall work. All this work was completed to the highest standards. We again, hired this company in March 2021, to do some attic work and to retile 2 bathrooms. Here again we were fully satisfied and impressed with the jobs that were done for us. Sal, the owner, has subcontractors commence work in a timely manner, and he always returns your call and attends to all of the customers needs. This is truly an excellent full-service construction company that performs high quality work
