The proposal we received was very detailed offering several options for the work we needed done to improve the ventilation and insulation in our two attics. We received daily texts letting us know their arrival time, photos of the progress and daily status updates on what was done and what was next. They took great care in covering up our furniture and floors, putting up plastic, etc. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day and their final cleanup at the end of the job was outstanding. While they were here they found a couple additional items that needed to be corrected and promptly made the repairs. We can't say enough about the outstanding work they did. When a crew is needed Steve is the conductor and the crew is very skilled at providing quality performance. When the going gets tough he keeps going by accepting the challenge and works it through to the end. Only complaint, coordinating his work schedule with me. I do not always know when I will see him again. However, if I call he always answers. I plan on using him again on my next project."
