If your house deserves the best, then you'll be in good hands with Old Saratoga. We restored two large rooms of our mid 1800s home to their original historic design and detail. This required extensive demolition, carpentry, and molding work to match the existing plaster throughout the house. Bob West was extremely professional and communicative throughout the process. His carpenters are top notch and even the demo specialists were extremely careful and clean. They did an excellent job painting and finishing, in fact I've had other professionals ask if the moldings were sprayed because they are so smooth without brush lines. Expect to pay for top quality craftsmanship, but you pay for what you get, and I found OSR to be very reasonable for the quality they deliver.

They didn't show up for the estimate.
Description of Work: I submitted my name for an estimate for interior painting. I finally received an email back and played phone tag with them. When we finally set an appointment for an estimate - they were a no-show. It's been several weeks and I still haven't even received a phone call to apologize for the inconvenience.

They are tops and I would recommend them to anyone. They are the most highly competitent professionals I have ever worked with in home improvement.
Description of Work: They did everything from foundation work, painting, construction, designed and installed a kitchen, and all manner of home improvement.
