"EXCELLENT! I submitted my request and that same day I was contacted regarding the work I needed done. Steve H. Came out within an hour of speaking to the office to give me a quote. That was on Friday, and he came on Tuesday ( at the time promised) and did the work. He also uncovered an issue with my main shut off and was able to complete that project on the same day. We could not ask for better service! I have another project I am thinking about and I will certainly contact Superior Plumbing again, I HIGHLY recommend them!"

They combined both outgoing sewer lines leaving our basement and used that opportunity to bring our plumbing back up do code too. "the installers did a wonderful job. they were very friendly and thorough. they replaced our tub/shower combo with a walk-in shower. my only complaint is the base . the grooves on the bottom of the base are a little tricky to stand on"

"Jim called me within 10 minutes & came over that day to assess my sump pump/drain issues. We was very knowledgeable, gave us suggestions & we didn't feel pressured to do anything. My issue was water coming up from the basement floor drains even with a small amount of rain & the sump pump ran all the time. We scheduled the work to be done that week. He was prompt, finished everything in less than 1 day (including digging outside), & left no mess. Our basement has been dry even with the downpour a few days ago! Best thing we ever did.
