The Plumber Heating & Cooling is a wonderful company to work with. I own several properties that needed plumbing services. They respond quickly to my calls, and their tech is on site the same day. Their tech always explains the job in depth and offers options for my approval before he does the work. The office staff is friendly and pleasant. I always try to do business with our local companies, and The Plumber will be my first call for plumbing problems!

He arrived on time- introduced himself and listened as I told him what was going on- formed a plan of attack and then proceeded and continued until everything was fixed and cleaned everything up. He was organized and efficient- job well done

Everything and more. I learned that our 9-year old hot water tank has aged well so far and doesn’t need to be replaced. That’s integrity.

Jared did an excellent job. He explained what was wrong with the damaged drain pipe and his proposed solution. He was very thorough and professional. They were the first to respond to our request and got us an appointment the very next day. Highly recommend them.

Very Fast response and great technician. Replaced some old piping under kitchen sink that was leaking into the basement. Fair price and great service is hard to find these days, but the plumber got it right!

1. Have used their services since having homeserve insurance for about 3 years now. We have had them out multiple times for snaking and hydrojetting of my basement floor drain. Wipes, grease, hair-understand that’s all on us as homeowners. What is not on us is pulling out roots and not suggesting an estimate to the line. Then next back up call and it’s snaked and part of an old snake was pulled out of the line. After having all of this and being told on our last snaking that HomeServe would not approve a camera i reached out to a different company to have them camera the line. Which lead to me discovering we had a break at our foundation and the end of the line was underwater. I submitted the info to HomeServe and a camera from the plumber was sent out on Tuesday July 26, 2022 to which Will cameraed the line and discovered that we had two breaks in the line-told me that it would be submitted to insurance and I would be called to schedule-I said can you note that I would like a Monday when we look at scheduling because I’m off on mondays. 2. Thursday July 28th, 2022 I am getting ready to leave for work and I see a company marking the street for digging, I figure ok ahead of the work awesome they’ll probably reach out today-wrong. I leave for work and my grandmother that was watching my children calls me and says that they are there to do the work-no call no nothing. No dispatch email like normal nothing. I immediately call the plumber to which i spoke with an office manager and an underground manager that were extremely rude. Office manager did explain someone was suppose to call me the night before but neither me nor my husband received the call. The underground manager asked if I was paying out of pocket or insurance-which why does that matter if you just show up to dig up my lawn without me knowing. Being a newer homeowner I personally would’ve liked to be home. 3. Reason I wanted to be home during the job were to ensure everything was cleaned up. I had McDonald’s cups all over, left over piece of clay pipe on lawn, gravel overthrown all over my lawn, and the complete half of my lawn looks like it was a race track of a visible circle that was driven. My concrete sidewalk leading up to my house (my property-not a city sidewalk) was cracked by the machine being driven over it. (I also have that on video as well of it happening as my entire house has cameras) 4. My husband reached out to the plumbers office on Friday July 29th 2022 to which when he called he was asked for the address and he was told the job was complete now. That’s when he explained that the sidewalk leading up to the house was cracked. The woman that he spoke with told him that no mention of the cracked concrete in the work order to send picture and provided an email. I immediately emailed photos clearly showing the crack and the track marks from the excavator. Heard nothing. I then reached out to HomeServe to which they reached out and we’re told a manager would call me back no call. I called HomeServe again and the woman justice there emailed the plumber and again no answer to myself or HomeServe because I’m sure someone would’ve called by now about the concrete pad

Although the work was completed, the repairs were not completed without errors. The PVC piping to the shower drain was not properly aligned when gluing it together, resulting in a leak. The technician pulled the PVC piping apart and re-glued the piping. This did not leave me with a great deal of confidence in the repair and feel I must keep checking to make sure the leak does not return. Also the repair looks bad, as there is glue and dissolved PVC on the outside of the piping. In my opinion, the technician should have replaced it with fresh piping. The toilet tank rebuild was performed with an adjustable fill valve. The technician failed to lock the fill valve at the proper length for my toilet tank. I went to check the repair and when I took the top off the toilet tank the fill valve popped up. The fill valve popped up so high that you could not put the top back on the toilet tank and the fill valve did not turn off and water ran continuously. Fortunately, the technician was still there and lock the fill valve down at the proper level. I rated the price as average, as I did not get competitive prices to determine if the charges were reasonable.

I have a down spout outside that wasn't draining because I had a clogged gutter. It made it flow into my basement. They came out like they where supposed to. I had no complaints this time with them. They put the booties on when they came in the house. It was covered by my outside warranty coverage that I have. I'm an insurance nut. I have insurance for everything.

They did a great job this time. It was covered by my service contract with home warranty. They came out when they were supposed to and did what they were supposed to. They put the booties on when they came in the house.

I had an appointment at 4:00 pm.  They arrived at 2:30 pm.  They asked for the problem areas and got to work on them.  Then, when they were done, I requested an outside spicot which they did also.  Price was more than fair.  Highly professional and would use them again.  Highly recommended.

A faucet broke and water was going everywhere.  We had to turn the water off for the whole house.  Jason from The Plumber came and repaired the faucet enough so the water could be turned back on for the house.  Jason also snaked out our clogged toilet and returned the next day to replace the faucet and trap in that sink.  He was very friendly and professional.  I initially called at about 7:00 pm on 10/21/13 and he was there within 20 minutes.
The quality of the work and new faucet is excellent and the price fair.  The faucet is wall-mounted and lead-free and difficult to find.  We would definitely use The Plumber again.
