"EXCELLENT! I submitted my request and that same day I was contacted regarding the work I needed done. Steve H. Came out within an hour of speaking to the office to give me a quote. That was on Friday, and he came on Tuesday ( at the time promised) and did the work. He also uncovered an issue with my main shut off and was able to complete that project on the same day. We could not ask for better service! I have another project I am thinking about and I will certainly contact Superior Plumbing again, I HIGHLY recommend them!"

"Matt cleaned our the drain line and about 3 weeks later I noticed it was leaking again and I called and talked to Wendy and Matt came back and took another look at it and he notice 2 drain lines need to be resealed and since he has done that I have not had anymore leaking as of today. Mike the installer was professional, but he did a quality job, he also run into a little plumbing problems, so I had to get my own plumber there to help them out, otherwise everything was good. I am happy so far, it is been 2 weeks of using my new shower and so far so good, very easy cleanup, just wipe down which I Love!!"

"The company did the work 4 years ago and it has gone well. We have a very wet basement and the problem 99% gone and when a minor issue pops up they are very responsive and fix the issue. They had to come out twice last week and showed up the day I called. The first time they fixed a switch on a back up sump pump and the second time was to fix and issue cause by another plumber. Josh, who came to our home, was a great help."
