"Jim, the owner of this company, responded to my call quickly and was at my house within an hour. My problem was the main drain in the basement was clogged, causing water to back up in my wash tub. Jim quickly snaked out and cleared the clogged drain pipe at a very reasonable charge. He also rerouted the pipe leading from my backup sump pump to the outside of my house. The way it was initially installed would have caused my basement to flood if it was ever activated. The final charge, again, was very reasonable. The quality of Jim's work and patience in explaining things to me was awesome! He even wrapped some kind of special tape around the end of my hose so that a new nozzle screwed on tightly. Upon the arriving of the part, Tony came out first thing and was prompt and professional always being careful to put on his shoe coverings as to not tract dirt in the house.
