Mark ( I believe) came in and was able to quickly find the issue. He explained everything and was able to complete the repair the following week. I was very grateful that they were able to get me in before Christmas.

Matt cleaned our the drain line and about 3 weeks later I noticed it was leaking again and I called and talked to Wendy and Matt came back and took another look at it and he notice 2 drain lines need to be resealed and since he has done that I have not had anymore leaking as of today. I was very impressed with their customer service and I was not charged a service call for Matt to come back a second time. They stand behind there work and I will not hesitate to call them again.

Very good experience. Matt was very knowledgeable and told us that there was an issue with these type of dishwashers when certain sized pots or pans were placed that there may be some leaking not related to the machine not working the right way! All in all a very good experience!

1. the service tech -showed up as scheduled, very professional and really showed he enjoys his job . I ask the tech some questions on one appliance while he fixed the dryer and was very helpful on his advice and possible solutions to the problem I was having with my dish washer. 2. the tech was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my driver and fixed the problem quickly. 3. the tech also went over both the service and part warranty I felt the price paid for the service call and part was reasonable, usually when a service or contractor comes into our development I see a repair bill very high and unreasonable THANK YOU REIMER APPLIANCE REPAIR

Unfortunately neither the text nor I were able to locate the origin of the noise. The fans and compressor are working fine and since the fridge is still performing well we decided to not perform any unnecessary work. It is good to do business with an honest company like Reimers.

I emailed the company about my issue. They called me back in less than 5 minutes from sending my email. Quick response time. We scheduled a time they could come to check the clothes dryer. The serviceman arrived and went to work. The dryer needed more repairs than what was expected. He explained the whole matter. I was only charged for the service call which I found reasonable and we opted to purchase a new dryer and not put more money into the old dryer. They were responsive and courteous. I will keep them on my phone list for any other appliance repairs we may need. Thank you.

Tech arrived as schedules. Gace a complete estimate after assessment. POart had to be ordered. Part arrived on time and installation took minutes. Tech reduced estimate price because it went so quick and seamlessly. Needed a return call to calibrate oven. Done promptly and with a smile. Matt is an excellent tech with great professional skills. Comminication with office/owner was fabulous as well.
