EXCELLENT! I submitted my request and that same day I was contacted regarding the work I needed done. Steve H. Came out within an hour of speaking to the office to give me a quote. That was on Friday, and he came on Tuesday ( at the time promised) and did the work. He also uncovered an issue with my main shut off and was able to complete that project on the same day. We could not ask for better service! I have another project I am thinking about and I will certainly contact Superior Plumbing again, I HIGHLY recommend them!

The water closet became unattached when my handicapped spouse bumped into it while using the toilet. Called Superior and within an hour their tech Tim was onsite. Tim looked over the situation and had to obtain parts. Luckily the toilet was not cracked. Within a little over an hour the job was done. Tim was efficient, punctual and neat. Cost $229 including parts. Would hire again!

Superior Plumbing did a great job. I chose Superior based on Angie's List reviews. Fortunately they led me in a good direction and so I have the opportunity to now add my honest review as well. Steve (the plumber from Superior) was at my residence within an hour of my call to fix a severely plugged sink drain line. I spent hrs with a power snake the day before and couldn't clear it. This was in early April with Covid lockdown going on. Steve was wearing all protective equipment (mask, gloves, shoe covers) and was very courteous and conscientious at this difficult time. This was reassuring to me. Steve was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything to me and was just excellent in every way! He was able to clear both lines with two types of machines (took some time due to the bad plug up) and also replaced the bad pipe section and did a great job. He added an additional larger clean out tap as well which was a great idea in looking out for the customer. Cost was very reasonable and more than fair. Steve's professionalism, skill, knowledge, courteous polite nature, and genuine concern for customer safety and satisfaction is why I highly recommend Superior Plumbing. Steve was also very attentive to ensure everything was clean following the job. Great job Superior Plumbing, and thank you Steve for the excellent work you did! Problem was solved and water is flowing as it should. It was a quick fix.

Chris arrived on time. He proceeded to repair lines and was very neat. He took a one hour "break" to get plumbing supplies. Came back and finished job. He exceeded expectations. Cost was high ($900) but was far more reasonable than one plumbing company charged back in 2010 for 1/4 of the work similar to this one. Time was 5 hours (09:18-14:18). Overall good job!

Work was excellent, price was the best. Dean and his crew (son and Angel) are laid back and funny while still being hard working and professional. Ask them a question and you will get an in depth answer. Couldn't be happier.

I had a bathroom toilet not flushing properly. T-Mark personnel was able to come out within a couple of days. Turned out after very brief inspection of the plumber that the sewer drain outside was partially blocked. Very quick and very professional job done to clear the blockage using all the right tools. Took almost 1 1/2 hours and the price agreed upon ahead of time was reasonable. Everything works again normally. I am a very happy customer.

Chris was professional and explained the work that needed to be completed. Superior response was prompt and the work was performed promptly. The issue with the valves occurred when I was having the counter tops replaced that day.

Steve was sent to my home on short notice, at the end of the day, and arrived within an hour and a half. He removed the faucet, according to my original urgent request, and then took time to install the new faucet for me. The people in dispatch, and Steve were pleasant to do business with.
