Hired him to install new sewer main, he was to connect to the city main! Had a back up he came to my home right away, cleared the line i mentioned i would call the town the next day to look at the sewer line see if it was on their end, he said to call him when we knew what they find ... ghosted me for 9 days in my time of need . I left several messages and nothing ! Im disgusted i had to hire another company to correct the issue 5000 dollars later , oh and some of the back up went into my kitchen .... WORST BUSINESS OWNER EVER . come to find out hes not licensed in Amherst anymore ... Do not use him

I paid a $2,500.00 deposit and was ghosted by the owner after getting every excuse possible why he could not come. I had to use other people phones to get him to pick up the phone, and then he would make excuse after excuse. I had to contact the BBB about getting my deposit back months after he was supposed to start the work.

I cannot say enough about Jim. Responsive, professional and worked through terrible weather conditions to fix my plumbing issues. In addition, he alerted me to issues that may need to be addressed in the future without any sales pressure. I would hire him again.

I had others look at it and they could not fix it. Infinity was not only able to fix it they fixed it for for less than the others quoted.

Jim called me within 10 minutes & came over that day to assess my sump pump/drain issues. We was very knowledgeable, gave us suggestions & we didn't feel pressured to do anything. My issue was water coming up from the basement floor drains even with a small amount of rain & the sump pump ran all the time. We scheduled the work to be done that week. He was prompt, finished everything in less than 1 day (including digging outside), & left no mess. Our basement has been dry even with the downpour a few days ago! Best thing we ever did. Highly recommend this company - a good plumber is hard to find!

Jim, the owner of this company, responded to my call quickly and was at my house within an hour. My problem was the main drain in the basement was clogged, causing water to back up in my wash tub. Jim quickly snaked out and cleared the clogged drain pipe at a very reasonable charge. He also rerouted the pipe leading from my backup sump pump to the outside of my house. The way it was initially installed would have caused my basement to flood if it was ever activated. The final charge, again, was very reasonable. The quality of Jim's work and patience in explaining things to me was awesome! He even wrapped some kind of special tape around the end of my hose so that a new nozzle screwed on tightly. He is now my new plumber! Thanks, Jim!

Replaced Toilet and isolation valve.He unpacked a new toilet and found out it was damaged And to find another at10 at night ,found one installed it ,but the water can out the edges,so he removed it and installed the one so I could have a toilet overnight ,he left about 1 AM.Can back today and installed a new one in less 30 minutes.I have very good words about James With his concern for me.I would highly Recommend Infinity home plumbing to any one and we use them in the future if I need any plumbing project done.
