"After initial diagnostic, company never followed up with a quote for repairs. Ended up going with another company for the repairs"

"The technician was friendly and did a good job.  It take a while to get the technician to return and fix the toilets as the parts were not readily available.  I would use this company again as they are friendly and responsive.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Wright Flow saved me thousands of dollars when multiple local big time companies wanted to over charge me and wanted me to replace thee entire unit with a long time frame for fix. Wright Flow came in, analyzed and fixed the issue less than a couple of hours compared to days/weeks on top of a low cost compared to other companies. Wright Flow knows the job at hand and does so with integrity. I would recommend Wright Flow if need be for others seeking the best customer service and reliability out there."

"They did not fix my problem"

"If there were six stars, this company would get it. The plumber came and replaced a part that another company told me could not be fixed. Daniel called before arriving, replaced the one part that was needed, cleaned up and helped with an unrelated problem. As a 70 year old female, I noticed his personal cleanliness and fine manners as well as his excellent service."

"Very thorough inspection of my Heater unit that it had to be replaced. We got a new unit very quickly and it was installed soon after. Very honest and GREAT pricing! Will be contacting again for refrigerated A/C in the Spring-Summer!"
