"Only reason I gave a 4.5 was not because of any lack of craftsmanship. the 4.5 was due to the scheduling. When a scheduled time was supposed to been met, it wasn't. This was for one instance only. I get it, things happen and come up but let the customer know. That it itself is in no way a bad reflection on the quality of work. I got 5 bids and went with Stoneworx. I could have gone with someone else. NO company is perfect, as you as homeowners know. I would use them again and have referred friends and family. "This job was done by making a plumbers cutout in the fiberglass of the tub so a plumber could have access to the valves that needed replacing. "Everything was great. The only thing I asked for afterwards was for them to cut the slab from the sink cutout so I could use it for other uses. I really got no response. I just think as a courtesy they could have done it as they have the equipment. The work was great. If they read the review I would like them to still do the cuts on the sink cut out for me."
