"My experience with Green Mountain Contractors was fantastic start to finish. I was purchasing a home with a 23 year old tar and gravel flat roof in the North Valley with signs of leaks in multiple areas. I worked with 6 different roofers that all had excellent reviews to get multiple opinions and bids. Green Mountain was able to come out the fastest, got me a bid within 24 hours, and Zach patiently walked me through different options (TPO, Silicone, and repairs to the tar + gravel). We talked through the pros/cons of each material and the cost differences. From a cost perspective, Green Mountain came in down the middle of the bunch. From a thoughtfulness, responsiveness, timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism perspective, Green Mountain was at the very top. Green Mountain was extremely communicative throughout the job. He checked in afterwards. His team showed up when they said they would and left the property as clean as they found it. Because this was for a home I was purchasing, Green Mountain had to run around and coordinate with the seller, the seller's insurance agent, myself, and the seller's agent. He also had to schedule the job with only a couple of days notice, and complete it within 3 days so we could make our closing date. Green Mountain was able to get it all done without making compromises on quality. Once I got into the home and inspected the roof, I found some extremely minor areas of concern.
