"Ken from A Honable Roofing came out and showed me all the places that Invigorating Roofing missing and why the roof is leaking. He's going to give an estimate to repair and some of the skylight covers. He seemed very honest to me, so will probably hire them. I don't want to have anything to do with Invigorate roofing. So this will be coming out of my pocket. Since Invigorate roofing never addressed my concerns and insurance company paid them. I'll probably never hear from them again."

"Just had my roof done with new shingles and I?m really happy with how it turned out. The guys showed up on time and worked hard the whole time. They were careful removing the old ones and the new installation looks clean and straight. They left the yard pretty clean too, which I appreciate. No mess everywhere like I?ve seen with other companies. The roof looks great and they explained everything clearly. Overall, good job and good price. To add to it all they repaired one of my gutters at no cost I?d definitely recommend them if you need shingles installed."

He was a good listener, very observant, and a great source of ideas regarding various ways that we could achieve our construction & renovation goals. It did not take long before we began to feel that Mr. Moreno cared a good deal about our level of â customer satisfactionâ , and that he wanted us to be completely satisfied when the job was done. The Always Construction Services crew that came out was exceptional! It was the same group of individuals every day, so they became very familiar with the job. Over a two-week period, we got to know them and they got to know us. These professionals worked thoughtfully and expertly. They did not cut corners. It was obvious that they took pride in their work, and that they carried their own standard of quality. For example, even though outside steps down to our garage had already received two coats of paint, when all was said and done and the job was being completed, one of the gentlemen repainted them again before leaving because a few minor chips of paint that had occurred during the course of up-and-down foot-traffic by the crew. At the end of every workday, photos of the dayâ s progress were taken by a crew-member, to be sent to Mr. Moreno. Regularly, Mr. Moreno would check-in with us and ask if we had any concerns with the dayâ s progress; he ended nearly every conversation by saying that he wanted to ensure that we were pleased with the way the job was proceeding. When the job was completed, Mr. Moreno came by and did a final walk-through with us. He asked us to touch base with him in 30 days to report any issues that might surface during that time. He presented us with the invoice for the balance-due. We assured him that he would be the first one we would call â and that we would not hesitate to recommend him to friends â when looking toward the next construction project."

They built wall nichos, retiled the floor, smooth finish on the walls and painted, replaced an old vanity and shelf, rewired the outlets and adding an outlet for an electric bidet. They installed a new vessel sink and shower . The river walk design on the walls was beautiful. They were professional, honest and not only thorough but detail oriented. They communicated with us from start to finish. They cleaned up after each day and hauled away the debris.I highly recommend them to everyone.
