The workers arrived early in the morning and worked a long (hot) day, finishing my roof in one go, and they did a very good job. It looks great, they even were able to remove some old pipes and other no longer used stuff from the roof while they were up there. They were careful removing the old ones and the new installation looks clean and straight. They left the yard pretty clean too, which I appreciate. "Shai and the folks at Above and Beyond Home Improvement were top-notch: excellent work ethic, punctual, hard-working, and very attentive to detail. Luis, the foreman, walked me through everything they were doing. He invited me up to the roof at the end of each day to show me what they had done and provided photos of the various stages of their work. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day, as best they could, and when they were all done, our yard was probably cleaner than it had been. The price made me catch my breath initially (more than I've ever spent in my life!), but it was fair and comparable to our other estimates, even a bit lower. And when I consider the cost of the materials, the labor, and the various people who had to be paid, I think the price was very fair indeed. They did, after all, completely remove our old roof and give us a new one. Most importantly, they did quality work and cut no corners. The whole job took around 10 days, which I thought was very reasonable. I give Above and Beyond Home Improvement my highest recommendation."

"They did a great job. Quick, professional and great value for the quality of work. The job had very difficult access issues, cleanup required carrying material a long distance down a steep hill. Some contractors would not even bit on the job due to access issues. Green Mountain had no problem. This was a old roof from the 1970's and had a number of patches and attempted fixes which were not of high quality. Green Mountain cleaned off all the old roofing, and noted that the original roof had a design flaw that caused bad drainage. They suggested an easy fix which added several new outlets for water. Their suggestions were a great idea and I had them do that also. They also patched and repainted the inside water damage areas. Their work was such that I no longer even notice that there was water damage which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them."

After the work was completed, Jordan contacted me to ask how everything went and also did an inspection. He noticed some discrepancies that I missed and contacted the company to have it corrected.
