"I have used Eric before for cleaning my carpet and have been very satisfied with his services, but today he performed a miracle. "Overall it went well. We had a few date/day changes that worked out though I stress when I need to adjust my work schedule. I work full time and have learned that I need to be on -site when work is done by independents. I also have 3 dogs that need to be managed. As a widowed and single older person, I feel a bit more protective of my space and security both during and in the future. Phillip is quite Jovial - nice 'good ol boy' affect from Texas. Very casual. I went ahead and had the work done on outside Gazebo (More an open Ramada) that got attached to existing structure so we'll see how that goes. I prefer more detailed specifications on the build. I won't use him for additional structures attached to my home until I'm retired. I could attached a photo if my son helps me but not at this time. Want to say he di modify the slatting on top to preserve existing vines as requested. Very Happy about that spec. treatment."
