The Always Construction Services crew that came out was exceptional! It was the same group of individuals every day, so they became very familiar with the job. Over a two-week period, we got to know them and they got to know us. These professionals worked thoughtfully and expertly. They did not cut corners. It was obvious that they took pride in their work, and that they carried their own standard of quality. For example, even though outside steps down to our garage had already received two coats of paint, when all was said and done and the job was being completed, one of the gentlemen repainted them again before leaving because a few minor chips of paint that had occurred during the course of up-and-down foot-traffic by the crew. At the end of every workday, photos of the dayâ s progress were taken by a crew-member, to be sent to Mr. Moreno. Regularly, Mr. Moreno would check-in with us and ask if we had any concerns with the dayâ s progress; he ended nearly every conversation by saying that he wanted to ensure that we were pleased with the way the job was proceeding. When the job was completed, Mr. Moreno came by and did a final walk-through with us. He asked us to touch base with him in 30 days to report any issues that might surface during that time. He presented us with the invoice for the balance-due. We assured him that he would be the first one we would call â and that we would not hesitate to recommend him to friends â when looking toward the next construction project."
