"We had two major plumbing jobs done recently by this company. The first was to replace the water line in the crawl space and to install cleanouts; the second was to replace the sewer line in front of the house. After the second job was done, we noticed that the sprinkler valve in the front of the house had been broken. It sits next to the area where the sewer line work was done. After at least two weeks, much hedging, and many delays, we were finally able to get this valve replaced by the company. However, they did not wire it correctly, and the system could not be controlled from the panel on the back of the house. Today when someone else went to reconfigure it, he completed the work and then claimed that the wires to operate the two sprinkler zones in the front were nonexistent. This is absolutely false; I have lived in this house for 12 years and always had two sprinkler zones in the front yard. This needs to be repaired so that it is back to the way it was before this was all broken, but he claims there's nothing he can do. On top of this, when I asked a simple question about whether or not I should turn the valve on/off or just use the control panel, he said that the whole sprinkler system hadn't been set up but that they would be happy to do yet another project for us and do it the "right way." I don't quite understand how this company can claim to have the expertise to reconfigure our entire system but not fix a minor wiring problem. It feels like we are being manipulated into giving them more projects and therefore more money. I would like this issue fixed without paying them for any other projects. After being unable to resolve this with the plumbers who had done the work on our system, I called the company and spoke to a manager. She was able to send someone out to our house who knew more about sprinkler systems and to finally resolve the problem. The company made it clear that they wanted us to be happy with the service, and the manager was very gracious. I would just like to see this level of communication and professionalism across the board. The people who do the work need to request help if they cannot fix something, and they need to understand that proposing bigger jobs instead of fixing a smaller one is not a good way to instill trust. Thank you!"

"Greg did a wonderful job with replacing our water heater and now works well and looks good. He was able to come in the next day after getting a quote from him. It did take him a whole day just because he didn’t have his helper. Otherwise, good service!"

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."

"I had some electrical problems and Jenna came out and gave me exactly what I wanted! She explained to me what she could do to solve my problem and she was going to put in some electrical boxes by my Internet router and I got exactly what I wanted. I’m extremely happy. She’s very knowledgeable, courteous, and a very nice person."

"My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. We would recommend this company.

"If you are lucky enough to hire Matt and his team you will not be disappointed. We wanted to put our electrical service underground including the power feed from solar panels. Matt came out and many times while talking with him he would say "We can do that.'" He was true to his word and did the work safely and according to code. The State Electrical Inspector was even impressed with the quality of work. Covid created a shortage of parts and Matt spent considerable time finding parts that were in short supply. If you are looking for someone who is honest, hard working and gives you a fair price, then Matt and his team are who you want- Thomas T. in White Rock, NM"
