"I contacted Home Advisor who sent my name through to Kleanforce immediately. Actually I was still on the computer going through your site when the phone rang and it was Gary of Kleanforce. I couldn't believe it! This was on 3/30 and he went to inspect my mobile home on 3/31 and called me on 3/31 to tell me the results of his inspection. He now has to send it to the lab to get a definite reading on the kind of mold I have. I couldn't have asked for a quicker response nor a nicer person to contact me (Gary). I don't have the work started as yet pending the lab report but if the rest goes the way the first part of this has gone, I will be ecstatic!! I was unable to complete two questions because the project has not been started nor do I know how much it will cost. Because I couldn't submit this leaving these two questions unanswered, I have rated them with a "5" because if the rest of this project goes the way it has started, they will get a "5". You need to have a circle that indicates the project has not started."

"Complete re-stucco on single story home with walled courtyard. 15 year old home with original bad stucco job which was beginning to fail. Couldn't be happier and house looks great. All hand applied and can really tell the difference. Crew was wonderful and really cleaned up with no debris left. Will call these guys again for other home repairs. Very reasonable price for quality job well done."

"When I was looking for a mold inspector in Santa Fe, Eric Tillson was by far the most professional of any I spoke to. By professional I mean he spent a great deal of time talking with me without trying to sell himself. I was interested in a particular mold test called an ERMI test and though it was not one he used himself, he took the time to research it and explained in depth how his method of testing could be combined with the ERMI to give me the information I needed. Do not be fooled by the fact that his company is new -- he has been in the business for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable. Last but not least, Eric is a very kind man. I was extremely anxious about the mold in a house I rented and he could not have been more understanding and compassionate. Incidentally, he also does thorough cleaning of homes after (or before) remediation. I will definitely be hiring him to do that for me in the near future."

Sandia Buiding Solutions was extremely diligent in repairing the roof, double coating the entire area and leak testing. They recommended and installed a Trex Decking System in an expert manner. Excellent customer service, the owner dropped by on mulitple occasions to inspect the work. The outcome is exceptional."

"The project was replacing a few shingles which went missing when a weatherhead was replaced by others, and sealing a few holes from the weatherhead replacement. In addition, the east side of the house and part of the north side are two story and needed pressure washing, staining/sealing, and trim repainting. The work was clear in advance, was done well and quickly without being rushed, he kept me fully informed as he worked, no surprises, as honest as you could ask for. Showed me what will need to be done in a few years. I consider myself lucky to have stumbled across him."
