This is the quote from my 75 yr old grandma who lives alone on a ranch and needed help. â I am just thankful he could come the next day. Incredibly kind he made me feel comfortable and listened to. He helped clean out pans from the cabinets to allow me to clean them. He was so communicative too about everything he was doing and showed me everything and left things to help maintain traps. I canâ t thank him enough. HE EVEN TOOK OUT THE DEAD MOUSE I COULDN'T LOOK AT IT!â Then now my experienceâ ¦ Jason fit us in asap and talked to me like a friend! I was trying to open my kitchen at my job in Spokane Washington and he talked to me and laughed with me. He is knowledgeable about his job. He covered pricing, timing and services provided in a clear way that then was a customizable to our needs! You rock Jason! Thank you a thousand times over!!!

We were plagued by mosquitoes and roaches in our house for several weeks. Jason called us right away after we asked for help on Angi and came out later that same day when we arrived home. He quickly treated the perimeter inside and outside of our house creating a barrier to keep these critters out. It has been a couple days now and no critters are invading our premises. It's a wonderful relief! And a great job! Jason is very personable and professional!

Started out good, communicated timely and arrived early but two days after the project I notice a new bugs that weren't there before. I texted him if he guaranteed his service and he said it depends. I texted him again and tell him that there were new bugs and never responded.

Came the same day I called and was on time. Bugs were dead in no time.

I had several choices for pest control services. L&M was chosen to service my home. L&M responded promptly to my general request for pest control services; an appointment for assessment was made next day which is important as pests in the home can be rather disturbing. Jason was very polite and respectful, thorough in the assessment and inspection of the issues and the recommendations to address the problem (this including more than just spraying the home). In addition, he asked that I call him if I have further questions or concerns.
