By professional I mean he spent a great deal of time talking with me without trying to sell himself. I was interested in a particular mold test called an ERMI test and though it was not one he used himself, he took the time to research it and explained in depth how his method of testing could be combined with the ERMI to give me the information I needed. Do not be fooled by the fact that his company is new -- he has been in the business for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable. Last but not least, Eric is a very kind man.
