"Professional. Specialized. I had a leak and the owner, Larry, did the inspection. However, he moved some tiles to try and cover the leaking spot even though I had not hired him yet! Because of their packed schedule, I expected to split the installation with months in between. Surprise - they showed up and announced they would complete the whole roof! I liked that the individuals were specialized in their part of the project. Noise was minimal. I was at home during the process. They were careful to keep the debris in their trailer. Tarps even covered the driveway. The tile was custom cut on site as needed. I planned a whole week and it was finished in four days. The office staff was always available to answer my questions. "When I was looking for a mold inspector in Santa Fe, Eric Tillson was by far the most professional of any I spoke to. By professional I mean he spent a great deal of time talking with me without trying to sell himself. I was interested in a particular mold test called an ERMI test and though it was not one he used himself, he took the time to research it and explained in depth how his method of testing could be combined with the ERMI to give me the information I needed. Do not be fooled by the fact that his company is new -- he has been in the business for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable. Last but not least, Eric is a very kind man. I was extremely anxious about the mold in a house I rented and he could not have been more understanding and compassionate. Incidentally, he also does thorough cleaning of homes after (or before) remediation. I will definitely be hiring him to do that for me in the near future."
