I'm very pleased w/ the services provided! They were quick to set up a time to come out. Unfortunately I was at work so I could not be at the house but my girlfriend was there and was happy with the professionalism/friendliness of the plumber. I talked to the plumber while at work and he was very helpful answering all my questions on what he was doing since I couldn't be there. It did cost more than the coupon but I was not shocked due to the piping and faucet looking ancient (probably original pipes from one the house was first built in 50's). He subtracted the 80$ I spent on the coupon from the overall price. I am very pleased w/ their work!!!

Mr. Wilson promptly diagnosed a leak in the toilet tank water supply line and replaced the line. Everything is in perfect working order now. Better than new. "Our technician, Chantry Mowrer, arrived on time.  He was neat, clean, polite, well equipped with tools and parts, and ready to go to work.  In short, a true professional.

I was concerned that our old toilets were surrounded with custom fit quarter inch ceramic floor tiles that we would have to remove and replace to fit the new installation.  Chantry took a look and explained to me the footprint of the new toilets was so much larger than the old that he could just install the new bowls over the existing tile, adjusting the wax rings and hold down bolts to accommodate the extra quarter inch in height.  I was rather embarrassed I had not even considered this solution myself.  That's why you hire a pro.  This bit of plumbing "magic" probably paid the cost of the installation all by itself.

When done, Mr. Mowrer clear calked the new toilets and thoroughly cleaned the floors in both bathrooms.  Except for the new toilets you would never have known he had been there.

This is not the first time we have hired TLC to work at our house, and I'm sure it will not be the last.  Their costs are reasonable and their service is impressive.

"These guys are top notch. First of all, on a Saturday afternoon, they responded immediately to my phone call about my water heater which had sprung a leak. They were willing to come and do the job right then, but because of my work scheduling issues, I had to wait until Sunday for the full blown repair. Their answer? No problem! Then I asked them to talk me through turning off the correct valves so that I could at least have cold water to the house. Instead, they actually made a special trip to my house to make sure the leak had stopped and set me up with water for the night. When they did show up on Sunday morning, for no extra "Sunday morning fee," and on time, their work was thorough, professional, and done with quality parts (Rheem water heater, nice big and deep drip pan). They took the time to explain to me what had happened, what they needed to do, and why. They were ready with parts and took only a few hours to complete the job. I was really dreading emergency plumbing repair, plus the feeling of overpaying just because it happened on a weekend. Instead, these guys didn't charge extra for weekends and were spot on with their estimate based on calls I had made to friends. Nobody likes shelling out $1194 (that includes $94 of NM tax) for an unplanned water heater replacement, but these guys turned a potentially long, drawn out nightmare into a truly pleasant Sunday morning.
