"Our nine year old water heater failed two days before Christmas. After determining this was no simple home repair job, I looked up plumbers with a good rating on Angie's list and made the call just before 5pm on the 23rd. The owner, Finch, was responsive and tried to make something happen before the suppliers closed for the day, but that was just too much to be done under the circumstances. Communications were great that evening and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Alvin was able to pick up a replacement tank and arrived early the day before Christmas to replace the bad tank. The work was done with a great deal of attention to detail and what I watched was a skilled and good quality installation of the new tank. Alvin was very personable, talked me through the important aspects of the work, and he gave an overview of the best care regimen for the new unit. Several hours later, we had hot water, a better and cleaner installation than the old tank, and plenty of time left to be ready for Christmas Eve. The price was a little over $1600 in total, but well worth it in my opinion. I will be calling them back for more work in the spring.

Mr. Wilson promptly diagnosed a leak in the toilet tank water supply line and replaced the line. Everything is in perfect working order now. Better than new. "They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.
