"If you want a home inspection you can trust hire Lee. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and qualified. He explains things as he inspects the property. He encourages the buyer to participate in the inspection. He explains what will be in his report and then provides you with a well written, detailed report with pictures."

"I contacted Home Advisor who sent my name through to Kleanforce immediately. Actually I was still on the computer going through your site when the phone rang and it was Gary of Kleanforce. I couldn't believe it! This was on 3/30 and he went to inspect my mobile home on 3/31 and called me on 3/31 to tell me the results of his inspection. He now has to send it to the lab to get a definite reading on the kind of mold I have. I couldn't have asked for a quicker response nor a nicer person to contact me (Gary). I don't have the work started as yet pending the lab report but if the rest goes the way the first part of this has gone, I will be ecstatic!! I was unable to complete two questions because the project has not been started nor do I know how much it will cost. Because I couldn't submit this leaving these two questions unanswered, I have rated them with a "5" because if the rest of this project goes the way it has started, they will get a "5". You need to have a circle that indicates the project has not started."

"Professional. Specialized. I had a leak and the owner, Larry, did the inspection. However, he moved some tiles to try and cover the leaking spot even though I had not hired him yet! Because of their packed schedule, I expected to split the installation with months in between. Surprise - they showed up and announced they would complete the whole roof! I liked that the individuals were specialized in their part of the project. Noise was minimal. I was at home during the process. They were careful to keep the debris in their trailer. Tarps even covered the driveway. The tile was custom cut on site as needed. I planned a whole week and it was finished in four days. The office staff was always available to answer my questions. This was a good experience."

"Our second story decking was leaking water into the house and the red wood decking was rotting. Sandia Buiding Solutions was extremely diligent in repairing the roof, double coating the entire area and leak testing. They recommended and installed a Trex Decking System in an expert manner. Excellent customer service, the owner dropped by on mulitple occasions to inspect the work. The outcome is exceptional."

"I set up an appointment to get my roof looked at and get an estimate. Jordan stopped by and did an inspection, showed me my options, and provided me with information on roofing. I decided to go with DaBella as they also give ou an option for financing. Highly satisfied with the way the roof looked. After the work was completed, Jordan contacted me to ask how everything went and also did an inspection. He noticed some discrepancies that I missed and contacted the company to have it corrected. Overall, 5 stars for my experience from start to finish."

"I got 4 different bids for fixing the leak in my Spanish Tile roof. "No Leak Roofing" (Belding) was not the lowest bid, however Randy did an inspection including videos of the areas most likely to be the culprits. He also showed me areas that could become a problem in the future. His professional and thorough approach convinced me that this was a company I could rely on. The works was completed in one day, Justin gave me a complete run-down on what he was going to do and afterwards, what he did."

"Cassie was awesome to work with. She was always courteous, on time, thorough in her testing, treating, and following up. She went over and above what was expected of her as she knew there was a scary issue for a family with small children and pets residing in the home. She stayed in contact with us from start to finish, and provided an excellent paper trail. I would highly recommend their company to anyone!!"

Home Inspection questions, answered by experts

While some homeowners may feel confident conducting their own roof inspections, hiring a professional roofing inspector is recommended for a safe and accurate assessment. Professional roof inspectors have the knowledge and experience to identify even the smallest signs of damage or potential issues and they can spot problems that may go unnoticed by an untrained eye.

In theory, a regular home inspection and a mobile home inspection accomplish the same things. They ensure there are no issues with the foundation, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, roof, siding, doors, windows, and more. In practice, though, the inspections can differ based on the layout, the type of foundation, and how easily accessible different parts of the home are. Mobile home inspections tend to take a bit longer because it’s more challenging to access home systems, especially if the mobile home doesn’t have an attic or crawl space.

Home inspectors only check swimming pools if they have expertise in that area. During a standard home inspection, they focus on the house’s structure, roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, and other components. If they examine your pool, they’ll check the pump and heater. If you want a thorough pool inspection, hire a pool inspection specialist.

Visible growth, musty odors, and water damage are common indicators.

It can be safe to live in a house with asbestos as long as the asbestos-containing materials are intact, in good condition, and not disturbed. Asbestos becomes dangerous only when its fibers are released into the air, which happens if the material is damaged, crumbling, or disturbed during renovation work. If you suspect asbestos is present, do not disturb it. Instead of removal, materials in good condition can sometimes be encapsulated. It is recommended to have regular professional inspections to monitor the condition of the asbestos and prevent health risks from potential exposure.
