We had major work done including fireplace demo and rebuild, drywall removed with new insulation and drywall installed, carpeting removed and new vinyl plank flooring install. An entire pantry renovation having it enlarged with all new shelving. Duct work revamped with new registers. Wall mounting of TV. Paint, trim, electrical redone. A large beam added to the ceiling. Large project done with great attention to detail. We are extremely happy with all the work done so far. We will definitely hire them again as we move onto the next phase of our renovation projects!"

"This was a trial job before a potential kitchen removal. It involved moving our boiler a short distance, walling off the area, fixing the floor, some electrical. The Babcock family themselves professional but didn't follow thru with the subs. The subs were only concerned with doing the fastest, cheapest job they could do (classic example is on the plumbing rework, the plumber substituted PEX for copper and the former isn't rated for the latter job)."

The craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. The tile and cabinetry was all custom and required a lot of work around solutions because of the uneven adobe walls. But the tilers, plasterers and flooring guys did an exceptional and beautiful job and it all fell into place nicely. There were minor delays in the project timeline mainly because of the custom nature of the project, but the delays weren't too significant to affect my overall satisfaction. Greg always made sure to keep me well informed of the situation and progress. He and the other workers also always went above and beyond to make sure things were done well and the way that I wanted them. All the members of the Barnes Builders team seem to take a lot of pride in their work, and it truly shows in the final results."
