"Don't waste your time looking else where. Hire Mountain Side for your needs. If all companies (and our government) ran the way they do this world would be much better off. From the beginning process to the end we where never left in the dark. Not once did we have to call and say where are you. They where there when they said they would be. The front office kept us informed of every step, the crew, clean , organized, professional. Family oriented. Awesome Job and it looks wonderful. Thanks Mountain Side"

"Overall, they do good work and we were very satisfied with the end result. Our project manager, Cyndee, was wonderful! We had her cell number and communicated with her almost daily during the process. Sometimes she noticed things that needed to be changed or fixed even before we did, which was nice. The process took longer than expected due to an unforeseen supplier issue, but Professional Contracting Builders were good about making it up to us however they could. Not every detail was done correctly or to our liking the first time, but they were good about communicating and coming back to re-do the details until we were satisfied. We did have major issues with one of the subcontractors, but those were addressed by Cyndee and ultimately the sub came back (multiple times) and fixed the issues. All the other subs were GREAT and did excellent work! We would hire them again."

"We hired JS&W because of some good reviews we found, and their estimate came in well under 3 competitors'. Our new windows and stucco look great. The subcontractors for the window installation came on time, worked quickly, and even replaced our blinds and curtains when they were done. Every single window fit and works perfectly. The stucco work also looks great. James was helpful and professional throughout the process, and kept us posted when there were some understandable pandemic-related delays. Yes, we'd hire JS&W again."
