"Someone answered promptly when I called in the morning as NM Gas Co had red tagged our furnace for a leak. They listened to me explain the situation and then promised a technician early evening. This company under-promised and over-delivered in my opinion. Their Technician Tim McKinley called me at 3:30pm, several hours ahead of schedule, saying he could meet me at my house. He waited for me to arrive home 15 minutes. He assessed the problem. Covered the options and got to work. He was very professional and very patient with me, yet quick at work. I would recommend him.

Kenneth, my installer, did a superb, professional install, and fully explained the operation of the new hot water heater. Despite the fact that Lowes Delivery couldn't get their act together as far as my request that the installer pick up the hot water heater, Kenneth was flexible and understanding, and arrived on schedule to perform the install. "Fairly well. There were flood issues, zoning issues, foundation issues that all had to be solved either before or during construction, so the project took longer than originally planned. The workmanship of most of the subcontractors was excellent, and due to the efforts of Cyndee Bourquet, our building liaison, all issues during construction were resolved. Art DeLaCerda, one of the partners, was always able to respond to questions clearly, especially the financial ones."
