"The crew showed up every morning on time. They patched/drywalled and textured numerous small areas. The texturing was so good, that it is almost impossible to detect where the repairs where made. They also framed, drywalled and textured the kitchen area for recessed lighting installation. They repaired an area where there was a shower leak. They replaced the drywall and textured an area where a closet had been removed. On every part of the project, they exhibited superior workmanship. "I contracted Just Stucco to re-stucco my entire house after getting quotes from 4 places. It wasn't cheap, but the quotes from different companies were all in the same ballpark. This is the post-COVID reality. The owner/supervisor was very confident of his price and his company's craft -- there was no pressure sales tactics or mind games at all, which gave me confidence. Indeed, the work went exactly the way he described it would go, with no delay or any cause for anxiety on my part. Halfway through I asked him to also repaint my garage door and water drainage; they gave me a reasonable price for that, and the foreman even painted faded areas I didn't have time to ask him to do.
