"It was a free estimate.Actually, we haven't even signed the papers; he's giving us fair estimate I guess. I haven't had any work you know. He hasn't done the work, but I just feel he's fair priced and being the father of somebody I know, you know. He's going to do some stucco on the heliport on the roof because what it is a raised side around the roof and it has had lots of damage. This house when we bought it had been rental so I think we've bought the house from the money pit if you have seen the money.But anyway he's going to redo that and I have to have so re plastering and stuff inside and there's a doggy door out back. He's going to fix the stucco on the back porch and redo the wall and put insulation in there and take the doggy door out. So yeah he's got a lot of little projects here.
