"didn't like that they came for an estimate and then when the contractor came he didn't know what needed to been done. the estimate was off . was given a range of 450.-750.00 the contractor had to remeasure all of the things i wanted done and then had to go purchase the materials which i was paying by the hour, i felt like the initial estimate should have given him the required information so that he could show up at the job site with the materials."

"We searched a long time to find a company we felt comfortable with and that matched our needs. We believe we found this with Wilbur’s Home Improvements. Everyone we dealt with from the office staff:Julie, Mary, Diana, Silvia and Jessenia, the estimators: Carlos and Jose, the mason: Erik and the work crew: Nolvy, Orlando and Edgar was professional, polite and punctual. I apologize if I forget anyone’s name or left anyone out. All work was done in a timely manner. They arrived early and stayed late 6 days a week and also straightened and cleaned up everything before leaving. They not only protected our house during the work, but our neighbors house as well , even power washing it at the end. (Very generous of them because I wouldn’t have included them, but that’s just me. lol) We had several compliments from neighbors, a few who wanted to hire them on the spot. Overall, we are very, very happy and satisfied with the end results and definitely plan on working with them again. We have lots of projects that need to be done. Great website, appears to be professionally designed and maintained, I like what they do (judging from the content in the website) but I am outside their service area. I don't live in that area. If I owned a home or apartment in that area, I would hire them."
