"I recently closed on my new-build condo in Stuyvesant Heights area of Brooklyn this past March 2023, & needed a local general contractor to execute a long list of works to bring my designs for the unit to life & add some character to it. When I contacted Waxtel LLC, Dave (owner) priced the large job I requested (general contractor, electrical, and plumbing works) reasonably within my budget, was very responsive, & kept communication clear. Rich (PM) helped support the contractor team in execution of the works, but myself/husband did have to handhold some of the contractor works to ensure it was done on time & met our quality standards."

"Harvey and his crew were absolutely top notch!! From the first moment I reached out to Harvey I had a good feeling, and that was confirmed when we met for an evaluation of the work and an estimate. Harvey's communication is probably the best of any contractor I've ever experienced, his prices are very fair, and he's punctual! My floors look like new and the walls came out beautifully, you can't even notice the spots that were so severely damaged before! Once the primary work was finished there were a few minor touches that needed to be addressed and Harvey came personally to oversee everything was done perfectly! You'd think it was his own house he was working on, he took such care! I can not say enough good things about this man and his work, take it from me I'm as picky and as much of a perfectionist as they come! "Ryan Jones is the most competent contractor I have worked with. I have done many renovations to my 1059 year old house. This time we had two small rooms reconfigured into 1 master bedroom. Heat, electricity, framing, a beam added and plumbing were all part of the project. All done impeccably. Ryan’s strength is his knowledge, problem solving skill and excellent communication skills. The price was reasonable even with multiple change orders . I will definitely use him again"
