"We started out with a budget just for the kitchen to repaint the kitchen cabinets, replace the flooring with porcelain tiles, redo the peninsula, use quartz for the counter tops, add recess lighting, and center the lighting fan. Into the job, based on Harvey's excellent advice, we decided to get new kitchen cabinets, have Harvey and his team build storage cabinets above the new cabinets instead of having a soffit built in that open space. We also had a pantry rebuilt by Harvey and his team as well. Lastly we had the peninsula changed to an island with cabinets added underneath as well. Also, we decided to redo the small (powder) bathroom on the main floor. Harvey and his team were awesome. He was very patient in allowing us to make changes to the original plans that turned out quite outstanding. His team always showed up early for work. The quality of the work was simply outstanding. Instead of half doing things like what we got with the Home Depot contractors in years prior, Harvey and his team took things back to the studs and made sure the things were built the right way. I now feel very confident about what is behind the walls and how the work was done. I will attached pictures of the kitchen and bathroom by next week. We are still putting things back into the new cabinets now and etc. We are extremely happy with the work Harvey and his team did. We intend to use them for a few other projects in the future. If you're really thinking about having work done on your home, I would highly recommend that you speak with Harvey to have his team come to do an amazing job for you as well. "My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."

The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with. They worked neatly, cleaned up totally afterward, and just had a great deal of respect for our property. They really did a beautiful job and Ernest, the owner is a real gentleman also. "I met with Mark once to review what I wanted in my new garage, doors/windows/electric, etc. The second meeting he had my plans with a virtual rendition. I made one or two minor changes and got my plans on my third visit. After I selected my contractor and the Town needed an additional calculation Mark turned it around in 24 hours and I was on my way to getting my building permit. The contractor didn't have any problems reviewing the plans. He felt everything was in order. I don't anticipate any problems with construction related to the plans. Mark was easy to work, he was thorough, he made suggestions. Mark turned all this around for me very quickly both times.
