"Charles was super punctual, 7:30 am on the dot. We had a neighbor's tree fall on our backyard and also breaking through our fence. We wanted to get the job done before the upcoming snowstorm over the weekend. Charles was not only super courteous but he was able to give the best quote, was super responsive on calls and emails, and was able to schedule the job within 2 days of the first call. Mathew was very professional and easy to work with, since he was very communicative, collaborative, and walked us through the entire process. "Cigano identified a number of important changes to my architectural drawings to strengthen my structure (a car port). The changes recommended and implemented to my plans ensured my Town would issue a building permit. The Town had rejected my initial drawings and required its review and approval by a structural engineer or architect. Cigano really came through and its owner was easy to work with and highly professional. I would highly recommend Cigano."
