David Waxtel was a gentleman throughout the process. He put together a good team of laborers and a job Forman who saw to each daily task with creativity and good ways of working. They were prompt each morning and worked well with our building Super in meeting all requirements including daily prep and cleanup. I was present throughout the project and saw good quality work each step of the way. The icing on the cake was the price. Waxtel company quoted me the lowest price of the five contractors I bid this job to, and stayed within that quote to the end. I couldn’t be happier."
