The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. "Excellent Paul is the best !!! I recently purchased a new home and Paul came to my home to give me an estimate on the first call and also checked my two bathroom sinks. He is very courteous, professional and gives excellent fair prices. Last week I called Paul back due to a slow drain in bathroom and needed a fixture fixed in my 1/2 bath which was loose. Also had a clanging noise when washer turns on with pipes turns out that just needed some straps to fix the pipe clanging in the basement, which he actually did as courtesy . I appreciated it that so much he is honest and his assistant very nice as well. I don't hear any banging on the pipes anymore. My drain is running swift and fast and fixture in 1/2 bath is perfect. Paul is our family plumber now! Excellent service, honest, professional ."
