They Truly exceeded my expectation. Steve is extremely customer focused and ensures that his customers have a good understanding of why certain thing need to be done and what they are going to do. The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. I would recommend them for any waterproofing needs."

"This was the second time we've hired them and it was another positive experience.  They were able to come out the same day we called.  He repaired a leak in the basement and fixed out outdoor shower.  Also, my husband and I were loudly discussing the flow/stream of the downstairs bathroom  faucet and since I didn't want to spend any additional money, we didn't mention it to Tom.  However, he had overheard us and repaired it for us without additional charge.  Very satisfied."
